Happy Mothers Day Yall!
We had a great Mother's Day. All the girls from my ward at church that are without a hubby right now, met up at my house for a potluck. It was so fun. The weather was awesome! We sat out on blankets and watched all the kids play football. I hope all of yall had Happy Mother's Days as well.

Happy Mother's Day! Justin and the kids made me breakfast in bed on the "You are Special" plate. (It's tradition at this point!) And JC gave me a new IPOD speaker system that is so LOUD that I can hear it throughout the house YEAH! So fun.
Then I made beef stew and bread after church (recipes from Kari and Erin, thanks girls!) and took it to Mom's house. I gave her an antique desk set: a letter opener and magnifying glass. Check it out when you visit her. It's very cool.
funny. as i read the comments i was thinking - what did i do for mother's day ?? while reading sarah's comments . . . i was thinking - hmm, then - blink - i remembered the carters came over and brought stew. phew. i thought i was being ignored. just kidding. . .
