Today is our anniversary, me and Preston. I am pretty sure I share the same anniversary with Becky and Casey, (my sister) as well as my brother in law Micheal's birthday, and Clarissa's birthday. Good memories every year of when I flew back to Texas to spend my 10th anniversary with Beth and Roxann, and the rest of the 20th Engineer crew. What a blast we had. I sure miss yall! I got to talk with my sweetie today. He has been gone almost five months now. Time is flying by, and also dragging at the same time. We had a good slow day today. I vented to Ginger on the phone, and I think I scared her off. I love my busy, crazy life, and all my amazingly fun friends and family. I am absolutely in love with my little family of boys (and yes that includes Preston), that spoil me rotten. My niece Carson always calls us Katy and the five boys. She thinks Preston is just one of the boys. Just like when Jake used to ask Jen Dole if her Dad (Toby) could come too!

ok. I give up on sending cards when they are warranted. I did not forget your anniversary, or sarah's or becky's. I know they are all right here in June close together. So happy anniversary - belated that is. Just know that I cannot seem to hold on to my thoughts these days - age maybe. or just plain senility. or I am keeping myself so busy that I don't have time to be organized. I can hardly wait to see what Preston sent you. it looks really neat. what a great keepsake. stop hiding out now - there is not time to waste doing that. life is short. love mom
