Okay so this is my new Family Home Evening thing. I finally found little metal frames that I wanted. Then I realized how in the heck can I make the pictures that small? (about 2x2) I got little metal plates to put the jobs in, and painted them black, but now I am thinking that they are too small. I can't decide if the pictures should be on velcro, or the job plates (opening prayer, lesson, etc.) Feel free to give me ideas. When it is done I will put a big black wood frame around the entire canvas thing. Yeah!! Oh yeah, one more thing you scrapbook junkies, how do I attach the book plate things?

hmmm. It looks like it's going to be really cool, but I'm not the most scrapbooky sis so I'll leave off my inane suggestions on how to make it work. (I tend to do it in the oddest fashion possible, you know...) I definitely want to see it when it's complete, though!
I have no idea how to attach those thingys but that thing is dang cute! 2x2 pictures shouldn't be too hard...unless you don't have a photo program. You can just use those pics from your header and resize them real small. I can help you when I get home if you want.
Alright well- I think I would attach the book plate things with little brads. You can just poke a hole in the canvas and put a little brad thru it. On the pictures 2X2 shouldn't be to hard. You just need to crop it to be that size. It could just be floating heads. That is going to be really cool. I like it. I think it would be easy to put a little strip of velcro behind the metal plates that you can then move them around. You might be able to do your little pictures on shutterfly. Did you alreayd try that?
