So Pres got to go on a little mini vacation! He got to go golfing, and swim in the ocean,fishing, and just plain relax. He sounded so much better. He went to Qatar. I have to bite my lip from being jealous of all the new places he gets to see. Here is a little info about Qatar:
The Pearl, also referred to as "Pearl of The Gulf" and described as the Riviera Arabia, is a US$ 2.5 billion (QR 9.1 billion) man-made island being built off the coast of the West Bay Lagoon area in Doha, Qatar. The 988 acre (4 million square meter) island is shaped like a string of pearls and diamonds and will be linked to the mainland by an 4-lane, palm-tree lined super highway. The islands will provide over 40 kilometers (24.9 miles) of new coastline and will be located 20 kilometers (12.4 miles) from Doha's international airport.

Wow. That makes me feel like Gattica has come true. Pretty soon they're going to be manufacturing longer legs and different fingerprints and all that jazz in addition to new land masses. I'm so glad he got to have some "time off" to relax. It looks like a really awesome choice of location...
I think they've gone there on that show "Amazing Race" before and were saying how beautiful and clean it was. Love that show! And that's cool he got to go there. But ya I'd be way jealous. I'm jealous and I'm not married to him!
Wow- wierd that you can build a whole island. That sounds like a good down time for him. Glad to hear he is being taken care of over there. :)
