I read recipes the same way I read science fiction: I get to the end and think, well that is not going to happen!

What cookbook is that? That's pretty hilarious!
It is just a regular cookbook. I cut out the saying and taped it in there!
you're to funny. when i read a recipe - i alter it in my mind to suit me. but only if i understand all the ingredients. that's why i watch the cooking shows - then i learn what happens when you add things . . . and cook things a certain way. cooking can definitely fun . . . but sometimes frustrating too. hang in there.
