Now I have to say that our first deployment we were spoiled to have Beth's husband Zach, excuse me.....Major Miller...now! Well he took amazing pics of Pres & the other soldiers in his company, and made awesome movies. So now I am constantly telling Pres to tell the other guys on his team to take pics of him. If you know Pres that is NOT going to happen! He could care less if there are pics of him! I guess I did enough begging, and pleading...here are few! I just have to say I have the biggest cheesiest grin on my face. I just love to look at him! Wouldn't it be scary if he knew the power he had over me! Shh.....don't tell!

Hi I just want you to know that I visit your blog from time to time to see whats going on with the Opfels. Your hubby is about the only soldier serving in the war that I know. (And I really don't know him) I do know you and your family and just want to say to you "Thanks for the sacrifice, I can't even imagine how hard this must be for you"
You seem to be doing a great job with the kids and we wish you the best.
I also wanted to thank you for you comments on Michael. It means so much when I hear things about him, and can remember about those days in 45th ward. I had forgotten you went out with him
