Christmas Parade in 20 degree weather!
Okay so I went, even though I didn't really want to. My girlfriend called me and asked if I was going. It was so dang cold, and dark and I thought for sure no one would be out there. There were tons of people and everyone was bundled up. They threw candy at the kids, the cheerleaders from the local high school were so bundled up it was hilarious! Travis and I tracked down some huge blow up soldier dude who was 10 feet tall. Travis really wanted to shake his hand and take a picture. It was hard though because the guy was so tall he couldn't see us. Then Santa Clause was at the end of the parade in a sleigh with horses. Santa turned on the lights to the town square. It was cool! Then we ran the two blocks with the kids to our favorite mexican food restaurant. We eat there at least once a week. It is soo yummy! We had quite the crew. My girlfriend and her kids , and my boys, and then K'leigh's mom Whitney met us there too! It was fun. Then we grabbed tons of videos on the way home. Again once I get the pics downloaded I will add. Yeah sure, is what you are thinking...that is the same thing I said about the dating pics of me and Pres and that was months ago!

I'm not checking again until you put the pictures up :) Sounds fun!
Sounds like a fun day! I havne't been to an actual parade in a while. Actually...I went to a Chrismtas parade in Bastrop, but Justin was making fun the entire time so that kind of ruined it...(they did have a dump truck in the parade so I can't say I'm surprised he ripped on it a little bit...)
Yeah, the Bastrop parade was definitely small town - but how fun!! Katy, it sounds like that was really fun. I'm tired of us all beings apart. Too bad I can do absolutely nothing about it. Would love to see pics.
