Just kidding, but the kids were very UPSET that I took the Christmas tree down tonight. It was dying, and well it is a major fire hazard. And there are others reasons for relocating the Christmas tree, which I probably shouldn't post for the world to see....so don't start on me yet (Becky). Anyways. I am such an OCD freak. It felt so good to sweep up all the needles and put the ornaments away, and have the living room back the WAY IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE!!! Yes just call me the grinch! I did leave up the other Christmas stuff :)

All I have to say is FAKE TREE, BABY! I know that they don't smell as good, or even somtimes look as pretty, but by the time you get them decorated (and they lights are already on them!) they look great and I'm not growling at mack because the stupid lights are not working! I think the year that we had JD, the fake tree didn't come down until February, because I was just too busy and tired to worry about it...it helped that it was in the front room instead of the family room though!
