Okay so yes I got this idea from your blog Maggie.....I loved seeing your decorations....since it is SO amazingly far for me to just come see them in person! :) (She lives one street over!) Well I just thought I would share a few of my favorite decorations this year in hopes I could inspire others to do the same...so I can get more ideas! In the 1st pic I got this metal lantern holder at the thrift store, and then Maggie and I found these huge Christmas ball beaded ornaments at Fred Meyer! :) Rhonda
helped me make the garland over the window last year. So easy, and very fun! :) 2nd pic is a Christmas tree Travis made for me, with little presents! I absolutely love stuff the kids make for me. Also mom sent me these extremely cute Christmas cards this year and I wanted to some how make them into decorations, so I put them in plexiglass magnetic frames. Thanks mom! Okay so the 3rd pic is one of my favorites. I found the cutest place card holder at target for cheap, then I found a Christmas card that I love ...and stuck it in there! :) Love it! 4th pic....okay so none of this pic is homemade, but I love this broken up glass JOY . I got it at Joann's for almost nothing! (If you still want one Maggie...they are even cheaper now and there were still some left today) Then I got the jingle bell tree next to it last year. :) In the last pic I love my round Santa Clause! I got him at hobby lobby a few years ago. :)
