I am going to be hurting when school starts....

Well it started as me telling the kids they will be hurting when school starts :) It is truly me that will be hurting. I put the kids to bed at 10pm. I know that sounds so late, but remember it doesn't get dark. It actually is pretty dark tonight. I am glad the week is almost over. Not a fun one, but I smiled...that counts for something right? I miss Pres, I can't believe it has been over five months since I have seen him in person. I see him on the webcam. I am so thankful for that, but it isn't the same. It is almost makes me more homesick for him. We will hit the six month mark in August. I can't wait to be on the downhill slope of this deployment. "I pray for strength, I pray for peace, I pray that he comes home to me, and if you would please pray for me...I'm a soldier's wife. " I love those words to this song I found. I am excited that Ben, my little bro is coming to see me next week. I am hoping for a short fun visit to the lower 48 before school starts, but we will see. I may have to leave the big two boys and just take the little two if I can't make it back before school starts. I miss my brothers and sisters and mom :) I cleaned like crazy today. It felt good. I love days like that. I did laundry, and vacuumed, and dusted, and organized and cleaned those things that I walk past all the time and they bother me, but I am always in such a hurry. So today every time I saw one of those things that have been bothering me for weeks...I stopped and took care of it. Little things like a finger print on the door, or window. Maybe the spider Travis drew on the stair railing...but now I am starting to appreciate it. :) Wow I was talking to the Bishop this week and we were in the hall way and he asked Travis if he was staying out of trouble, and I told him Travis....Trouble....same thing. Then I said Travis tell the Bishop what your middle name is. Travis was being shy, so I told him it is a special family name, but Travis likes to say his name is ...Travis Royal Pain in the butt McDonald. well guess whose middle name is Royal also! The bishop! He said that is the first time ever that he has met someone with the same middle name. so crazy! he said it is a family name for him too. well ladies I am off to bed to stare at the ceiling notice I did not say sleep that would mean actually closing my eyes. I can't wait till Pres comes home so I can sleep.....good nite :)
