Yes we did the Halloween houses. I could lie and say we did them on Halloween night, but no...I bought them on clearance at walmart for $2 each, and we did them the Sunday after Halloween. They still tasted very yummy! I love gingerbread! Colten accidentally put too much water in his frosting, so he just drizzled it all over the gingerbread, which was even better! :) The houses only lasted five minutes till we broke them apart and shared them with the neighbors!

That is TOO funny! when i first saw the pics i was like...WOW, katy is getting all festive with the kids it's alright that she DIDN'T take the trick or treating...and then you have to go and say you bought then AFTER Halloween. Too funny. :)
Looks like the boys had lots of fun!
So fun! It was cool to see all your boys sitting around doing gingerbread houses. It gives me hope that things will still be sweet and fun when my kids get older!
i love gingerbread houses ... we did them at r.s. once. that was truly a mess. looks like you guys had a blast!
