If you have a bad gag reflex....stop reading now...

Okay so tonight as I get ready for bed....I am feeling unusually cheesy. I am so thankful for the people Heavenly Father has surrounded me with...my neighbors...my ward...my family....my friends. I am so thankful to be absolutely heart breakingly in love with the man of my dreams, and have four great boys. I am sad that Pres is so far away, but so thankful to know how much he loves me and the boys. I am so thankful for the amazing two weeks we got to spend with him. It feels so good to be able to hear his voice whenever I feel the need. I am sure that annoys him at times, but he never puts me off and doesn't give me the time I need. I called him last night and I could hear a bunch of people in the background speaking another language, and I said is this a bad time babe? He said no...it's okay....I have a few minutes....I was just talking to a few people. I have a feeling he was in a meeting, but he gave me a few minutes and I was so happy with that. I just like to hear his voice, especially when I have trouble sleeping. One night I called him cause I had a bad dream, and I told him that when he answered the phone.....so he didn't ask me what it was about because he knew I would get all worked up about it again. He just started telling me about the stuff he was doing, and about families that he meets, and plans they have...until I finally fell asleep. Problem was I didn't hang up the phone. He said that he could hear me breathing evenly so he knew I was asleep. So he told me he loved me and goodnite, and hung up. His voice is so comforting to me. Well I must have hung up the phone eventually or the battery died, or when he hung up it disconnected because when I woke up in the morning it wasn't still on...and I haven't gotten an overly huge bill yet!!!

That's such a cute story. I didn't know you could call him in Iraq! That is awesome!

You're so cute. Does he carry around a cell phone or something? That's great that you can call him randomly and just tell him what you need or think in the moment.
